Drs. Diab and Badziai and their staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. It is our goal to work with you in every way so you can receive the treatment you deserve in order to ensure you the best possible smile.
We will try to prepare you financially before each visit so that you will be fully aware of your responsibility in advance. As your treatment is planned, we will work with you in order to achieve the best financial arrangement possible for you. Below is a summary of our financial procedures and policies:
- As a courtesy, we will file insurance for you for every visit.
- For the first visit, we ask that you please pay the entire fee. We will file the insurance for you and any surplus insurance payment will be refunded to you or applied to any future procedures.
- For all future visits, you will pay only your co-pay.
- We accept cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards.
- Please note: A 3% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Payments made with debit cards or HSA/FSA cards will not incur this fee.
- For your convenience, we offer access to the financial plan, CareCredit.
